I schedule occasional Yoga and Meditation Workshops in Guildford and Online. I also offer Relaxation and Wellbeing workshops and courses.

Yoga and Meditation Workshops in Guildford and Online

A Workshop may typically run for 2 hours as a one-off event with a special theme or focus.

A Course might be a 1-2 hours session, once a month for a set of 3 months, for example. This may be on a particular theme or aspect of wellbeing, drawing on my training and experience with the natural therapies. Or it could be about developing skills to live with more awareness.

Workshops may be Yoga based or for Relaxation & Meditation – sometimes including some basic movement for tension release, movement meditation (similar to Qi Gong), the Five Elements, working with nature, breathing practices, mindfulness, self-reflection and awareness, meditation, visualisation and relaxation.

I enjoy working with colour and music and nature and the seasons. I’m very interested in energy flow and its effects on our health and wellbeing. I love using my skills and experience to bring health, balance, peace and awareness to my students and to have some fun in process!

Workshop – A Summer’s Day

Fee £30

Enjoy using your body to move and stretch and open into the fullness of summer. Relax into the abundance and repleteness of the season.

This workshop will include some gentle movement, relaxation and meditation.

I have been attending Sarah’s yoga classes for almost 10 years now, and in that time I have learnt to adopt a more mindful approach to every day life. Listening to my body, understanding how or why things may seem out of sync, adopting a better approach in the way I move. Continued yoga practice has naturally leant me towards a healthier way of living overall.
